Fov Reductions Removed (Version 2.0)

Inspired by This for DL2.

Removes Safe Zone Fov reduction,
increases Beast Mode Fov to 107,
increases Car Fov to 110;

Troubleshooting:
If the mod doesn't work/stopped working that means your mods changes player_variables.
